Do you love healthy salads? Try this yummy spinach salad with strawberries and almonds!
Ingredients:
- 1 10 oz package of fresh spinach
- 1 quart fresh strawberries, halved
- 1/4 c of slivered almonds, toasted
Poppy seed Dressing:
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. of chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. of paprika
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c vegetable (I use olive oil, healthier option)
- 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
Combine spinach, strawberries, and almonds in a large bowl. For dressing: combine sugar, vinegar, onion, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce in blender or Cuisinart. Process for 30 seconds, gradually adding oil. Stir in poppy seeds, pour over salad, and serve!
