A Perfect Plaid

It's September and it's time for plaid right?!  I just love this plaid shirt and it's a great transition to fall.  It's light weight and a summery plaid popover, but just right for layering.  Utility vests are a great way to add a little warmth on these somewhat chilly mornings and then you can peel it off later when the sun is out and warming up the autumn like days.

I bought these jeans while on vacation on Martha's Vineyard (see this post), but Nordstrom has them guys and I can't say enough about the comfort and style!  I have them cuffed (which is actually how they were sold) and it makes a perfect crop.  There are lots of sizes left and they're under $90!  If you follow me on Instagram you've seen them - A LOT - haha!  I like to think I'm a denim connoisseur and these rival some $200 pairs of denim I own.  :)

And yes, I just wore these booties in yesterday's post, but trust me friends, if you own them, you will wear them all the time too!  The details is beautiful and they are comfortable enough to walk around in all day (the sole has a cushion that is super comfortable).
