serveware: Crate & Barrel (old, loving this style) | wine & appetizer trays, in background (old, loving these)
Ingredients:
- 7 oz package of puff pastry
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 tsp honey
- 2 1/2 oz of sliced proscuitto
- 3 tbsp of grated Parmesan cheese
- fresh ground pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll pastry to 6in x 14 in approximately (I do not measure). Combine mustard and honey (I usually add a little more). Spread evenly over pastry. cover with sliced proscuitto. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of Parmesan and pepper. Roll up each end tightly to meet in the middle of pastry. Refrigerate until firm, 20 minutes. Cut into slices about 1/2 in thick. Place slices on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Bake until crisp and golden about 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack, serve warm.

Mother and daughter time. Ella went to a birthday party and since I am friends with her momma, I was invited too! The girls were pampered with fun hair, manis & a little make up. It was fun to see her get pampered, but it won't be a routine for us. :)
My Tory Burch! This is an early Mother's Day present. It's an old style, found new on Ebay, but I LOVE it! It was perfect for our weekend away. I was able to fit 2 bottles of water, my wallet, handbag cosmetic bag, 2 magazines, a sandwich, chips and some goodies for dessert. Wha, wha, what?? Awesome.
Clinique's bottom lash mascara! LOVE it! As I have mentioned before I have crazy lower lashes. This little brush makes it so easy to get each little hair without getting mascara all over my eyes.
The hubs and I on our get away. Sorry for such a light background (the window behind us). We had a great time. We love our nuggets, but it's so important to have quality married time away from the kiddos.
