One of my favorite color combos is navy and green (see tips on color combo how-tos).  I know, I'm a prep at heart.  They are colors that I'm just drawn too.  The Stella & Dot necklace I bought goes so nicely and even has a hint of mint that is so lovely!

Another favorite of mine?  Summer thunderstorms.  We haven't had that many here in Philly.  But of course the week I'm gone visiting family my husband (who stayed home to work) tells me that we had some awesome ones!  Bummer.  Tonight we had a mini storm and I just loved it.  Crazy enough, at one point, it was pouring rain on the front of our house and not one drop in the back of our house....?  Yes, it's true.  I also love the smell after the rain.  It's so fresh and beautiful.  No one can make a candle that smells that good.

    Love the easy laid-back chic vibe. I love the smell of rain too. I was explaining to my daughter that you can feel the rain before it comes - which is lucky considering we live in London!

    I absolutely love this outfit! I am a big fan of navy and green together so naturally I love that too and necklace, but the fact that you paired these pants with them makes it even better! And summer thunderstorms are the best :)

    Summer storms are the best. We had them all week around Memorial Day, but none since then. I love navy and green together, and I think this outfit is perfect for summer!
