The Best (and easy) Homemade Mac-n-Cheese

5 Ingredients:
  • Cheese (I use already shredded, mild or sharp cheddar cheese)
  • Milk
  • Elbow pasta (I love the Quinoa noodles!)
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Panko crumbs (if you like)
Boil the pasta, quinoa doesn't usually take as long as wheat pasta.  This is another great thing about using this type of  "pasta" because it's time saving!  After you cook and drain the pasta, pour a little milk into your dish.  Layer with pasta, cheese, salt, and pepper.  Repeat: milk, pasta, cheese, salt, and pepper.  I typically do 3 to 4 layer.  When I have it, I'll put a little panko crumb mixture on top for a little crunch!  Yum.

Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes until the top is browned.  Enjoy!
