White After Labor Day

Happy Labor Day!  Ok, so it's not white pants (which by the way is no longer a faux paus to wear after this holiday), but I liked the title :)

Today I'm sharing this beautiful white tunic from J.Crew (that's on sale!).  It's seriously a perfect top and I might be planning to get the blue or stripe as well.  I'm wearing the P2 and the fit it wonderful.  I think the "Crew" has gotten better with their petite sizing.  White tunics are such a great staple for your wardrobe and I highly recommend having at least one in your closet.  Check out my Lulu Loves from last week, here, for more outfit inspiration.  These heels (also on sale) are fast becoming a fall favorite.  The heel height is super comfortable and I love the d'Orsay style.  Green is particularly on trend this year and this parsley color is a perfect shade.

Style Tip: I wanted to keep this styling fairly simple by just adding a statement necklace and retro shades (you'll notice I'm not even wearing any earrings).  I once read to keep accessories (meaning, belts, shades, jewelry) to a minimum, 8 pieces or less.  For me, I really try by best to keep it even under this number.  Too much going on, even too much make up, can really draw from you overall look.  For more style tips check out my Instagram every Tuesday for Style Tip Tuesday!  I'm staring the first post this week!
