Hello friends! Did you have a nice weekend? I hope so! We had a lot of time to relax along with dance practice and basketball try outs. My kids are 7 and we've waited a while to get them involved in sports. It's just not something I really wanted to spend my weekends doing - running back and forth between sporting events... ya know? But it's time and they are super excited. You can always follow the Lulu family adventures on Snapchat (simplylulustyle). Well, I've got a lot of exciting things to share with you today!
I bought this poncho about a month ago and when I first tried it on I wasn't sure I was going to keep it. I'm very petite (think 5'1") and it really overwhelmed me. However on inspection of it, I realized that I could hem it fairly easily. The edge was a raw hem and didn't need to even be tailored! So I pulled out my sewing maching (while my husband looked at me cross-eyed, like, "what the heck are you doing?") I had it hemmed in 20 minute flat! It made a huge difference. I love how this also comes with the funky pin :)

Sounds like you had a great weekend with your family! My daughter will soon turn 7 so I did get her started with ballet classes and it turned out to be something very beneficial for her since she loves to dance and ballet feels "natural" to her. :)
