After being in yoga gear for the last 4 months (getting our house ready to sell, and then packing it up), I really needed to upgrade my work out wear.  These Zella capris are so great.  They are super comfortable and many styles have that extra little style to them.  And these Nike sneaks?  Oh... my... gosh... like walking on air.  Seriously.  Psst... They come in so many cute colors :)

After my workouts its so important to drink lots of water.  In fact that is how I start my day before even getting out of bed.  I keep a large water bottle next to my bed and drink the whole thing before my feet hit the floor.  It's great for hydration, get your digestion going and metabolism in gear.  This bottle from zinganything.com is awesome!  Just squeeze a lemon, lime (like I did here) or anything you'd like and it will refresh your water.  I'm going to try some strawberries next!

It's almost Friday!  I wish I could say that I'm excited for the weekend, but it's our BIG move.  So there will be little sleep for me and a lot of driving.  But then it will be done - Yippee!
