It's Sunday and we've had a busy weekend. Our plans of getting a jump on our Christmas tree were put on hold because of torrential rain :( But we got a LOT done at home which makes momma happy! Although we weren't able to get our tree I did get most of my Christmas decorating finished except for the real greens (wreaths, outside urns etc), but I'll be getting those up this week.
My husband and I tag teamed on the getting the barn door up. I've been working on stripping and painting the darn thing for over a month. I finally got it finished up and Los hung the hardware yesterday. No home projects are without issues and so was the case with the barn door. But my husband is MacGyver when it comes to fixing and figuring things out. So, the door is up, the molding is up - but not painted. I have to say it looks awesome and I'll be getting to the painting after Thanksgiving.
Monday on Instastories I'll be giving a little update on our house projects and showing some of our Christmas decor.
