Loving this Greek Light & Fit yogurt!  80 calories and tons of protein!  This is my breakfast and it holds me great until lunch.

My mother-in-law's crocuses.  Bloomed before our snow last week.  Love the first signs of spring.

This nail polish is a great color for spring.  OPI is my favorite and this "Hot and Spicy" is fabulous!

Zucchini Bread.  It's more like zucchini cake... really, this is so delicious!  See my nuggest and I baking it for Thanksgiving here!  Recipe below.

  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t of baking powder
  • 3/4 t of baking soda
  • 2 cups of shredded unpeeled zucchini (or more)
  • 1 cups of chopped walnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of canola oil
In a bowl combine eggs & oil.  Combine all other ingredients and set aside.  Pour oil and egg mixture over it, stir until moistened.  Pour into a 9x5x3 pan (I use a bread pan) greased.  Bake at 350 degrees 1 hr. and 30 minutes until a knife comes out clean.  Enjoy!

    I have been a lot more Greek yogurt lately! I am so surprised at how much more full I feel when I have it for breakfast instead of cereal. Yum!
