An outfit can be born with just a simple statement.  For me, this outfit today was about the earrings.  One of my favorite color combos is mint and coral (see yesterday's post on mixing and matching color here).  When you choose to wear statement jewelry, don't make a statement everywhere.  Big necklace, little earrings.  Big earrings, little or no necklace.  Most of the time I choose no necklace when I wear statement earrings.  Statement earrings or necklaces I do one or the other because they are so close in proximity.  Bracelets are another story.  You can pull off a lot of arm candy regardless of what necklace or earring you wear.
