A simple spring outfit can turn into something great with a little color.  Boyfriend jeans are hot right now and rightly so.  They are super comfy and pulled together when paired with the right accessories.  This outfit turns from a distressed mess to casual chic with a fabulous statement necklace and laser leather cut wedges.  I don't always match my shoes with my bag (kinda clichey...), but I found this great clutch and it was meant to be.  Other jewelry touches and a great (new) pair of cat eye sunnies and I'm good to go!

Funny nugget story:

So many funny thing happen in the car.  I think it's because we're all together and have no real distractions.  We're on our way to preschool and Jack is pretending to be a teacher saying, "ask me a question!"

Me: "Ok, why is the sky blue?"

Jack: "Because blue is my favorite color.  Ask me another question!"

Ella: "Why do flies always fly in our house?"

Jack: "Because mommy leaves the door open." (thanks for outing me bud)

Ella: "Flies tip toe into the house so no one hears them come in."
