Tips & Tricks for Styling Fine Hair

#beautybuzz, styling fine hair, tips and tricks,

People often have positive comments on my hair which make me giggle a little.  I actually have very fine hair, but a lot of it.  Which makes styling it and keeping body in it a little tricky.  Over the years I've tried numerous products and styling techniques.  Today on #BeautyBuzz I'm sharing my tips & tricks for styling fine hair.

1.  Cleanse.  I wash my hair about every other day or even a little less.  My favorite shampoo and conditioner is Pureology.  It lathers up nicely and leaves my hair so silky.  Plus since I color treat my hair, it's very gentle on my hair.  When conditioning I just use a tiny bit on my strands from the middle to the end.

2.  Products.  I just started using Aveda last year and love it.  I use it on my body of my hair, gently rubbing into my strands and then combing through. The Living Proof product I use on my roots as a root lifter (about 10 sprays).

3.  Tools.  A wide tooth comb is a must for combing out your hair after a shampoo.  Fine tooth combs will damage your hair, so just use them when you need a little tease.

Nicole from Momtrends is hosting #BeautyBuzz today.  I hope you'll stop by and link up!
