TGIF! Man, it's been a week and I'm ready for the weekend. It occurred to me a few weeks ago that the Mr. and I should start a tradition of lunch dates. He is blessed right now to work from home and so it makes sense and to save on a babysitter with lunch dates! This day was cold and brisk, so I opted for classic black and warmth. I also had a bunch of errands to run after lunch so I had to keep the shoes comfortable.
Nothing beats cashmere in winter. To a lot of people it seems like a luxurious item to splurge on. But you can find great pieces on sale right now, right HERE! It is super warm, soft, and cozy. Another staple? A camel coat. It's a classic color, no matter what style that will last and last through out the years. I'm really loving this coat, the color, and beautiful lines. Although the scarf I'm wearing is J.Crew from last year, you can find some beautiful scarves (I was seriously oogling over all of them), between $12 - $30!... HERE.
I'm so excited for this weekend. The Mr. and I have some pretty big events coming up. Since we're traveling next weekend for Valentine's Day/President's Day we decided to celebrate this weekend. We'll be having dinner in the city and staying at one of my favorite hotels, Hotel Monaco, an amazing boutique hotel. Having kids can make it difficult to spend time together with your spouse. Make time, even if it's dinner by candlelight at home after your nuggets are in bed :)
Follow me on Instagram to see the beautiful pictures of Hotel Monaco and our adventures in Old City Philadelphia. :)
Have a wonderful weekend.
